USED TO

A 67 year old woman has won 68 million dollars in the Big Game Lottery, the biggest prize in US history. Eva Alvaro, who moved to the US in 1984, lives in Colorado Springs, where she works as a cleaner in a home for disabled children. Two years ago, Mrs Alvaro's husband died in an accident in the potato factory, where they both used to work. 

'We hated that factory and we used to play the lottery every month because we dreamed of escaping to a better life.' Mrs Alvaro said yesterday 'But when Ramon died, I moved here and I don't want to change my life now. This job is the luckiest thing that's ever happened to me. I don't want to leave the children.' 

Mrs Alvaro told reporters that she wanted to spend the money on a new play room for the children.
